Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the correct process monitoring in all departments of the Dutch organization
• Documentation and management of quality standards
• Daily quality monitoring in production, identifying deviations, and supporting production with practical solutions
• Supervision of quality audits
• Implementation of changes in the production process together with the department manager, including the creation of work instructions
• Handling internal and external complaints in collaboration with the German quality department
• Preparation and dissemination of quality data to the relevant departments

Your Profile

• Experience in process monitoring and quality control
• Practical experience in production, preferably in the field of hydraulic cylinders
• Ability to work efficiently and solution-oriented
• Team player with a willingness to engage in a dynamic environment
