Machine Operator - Laser Welding (m/f/d)

Büter Hydraulics is part of the Büter Group and is located in Emmen. We are known as the go-to company for technically complex custom solutions. Our hydraulic cylinders are used in crucial parts of machines: steering systems, special safety systems, and structural components. When a customer cannot find a suitable standard cylinder, they come to us. Quality, precision, and craftsmanship are central to everything we do. Within our organization, we develop and manufacture hydraulic cylinders entirely in-house.

As a laser machine operator, you will be responsible for the precise welding of metal parts using a modern laser machine. You will work on high-quality products and ensure that each workpiece meets the required quality standards. You will work independently from drawings and have an eye for detail and finish.

Are you technically minded and do you have an affinity with metal and welding? Then we are looking for you! To expand our production team, we are looking for a motivated candidate who will operate our laser welding machine and help us deliver our products at the highest level.

Your tasks will include:

• Setting up and operating the laser machine
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing precise welding work
• Checking dimensions and welds according to specifications
• Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for improvements
• Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment

Job requirements:

• Experience as a machine operator, welder, or similar position
• Technical insight and experience with technical drawings
• You work accurately and are quality-oriented
• You have a proactive, accurate, and independent work attitude
• Willingness to work shifts (2 shifts)
